EBY MATHEWS

• Mr.Eby Joined Spencers Superstore in 1991 as their store head in Bangalore after the company was taken over by the RPG group.
• In 1996 Mr.Eby Mathew was the Regional Merchandising Head, Bangalore when the brand Foodworld which was the first supermarket chain in the country was launched.
• In 2004, Mr.Eby was heading the hyper market Giant in Mumbai and within a year, this was turned into a profit making store
• In 2006 Mr.Eby joined Reliance Fresh as their CEO for Kerala. Within 2 years 33 stores were launched across Kerala and In 2008 Mr.Eby was promoted as the CEO for South.
• In 2012, Mr.Eby re-joined Foodworld which was a loss making brand at that time. Under the able leadership of Mr.Eby and his team from 2013 - 14 onwards Foodworld was turned into a Store level profit making company and in 2014 - 2015 it became a profit making at corporate level for 8 months.
• In 2016 - 17, Mr.Eby and team played a significant role in repositioning the brand as a strong community store - with stores in Clubs, Corporates, and gated communities and as a result Foodworld is now expanding only within communities.

Dr. DEEPTHY MENON

• DeepthyMenon is a Professor at the Amrita Centre for Nanosciences& Molecular Medicine, Amrita Viswavidyapeetam, Kochi.
• She is a post-graduate in Physics from Cochin University of Science & Technology, and a PhD in Physics from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
• She has obtained post doctoral trainings from the Technical University of Eindhowen, The Netherlands; National Cancer Institute, Maryland, USA and International School of Photonics, Cochin University.
• Dr.Deepthy Menon’s research work applies the use of advanced materials and technologies to various realms of biomedical problems such as cancer, regenerative medicine, etc.,
• With focus on Cancer Nanomedicine and Regenerative Engineering. Dr. Menon is the recipient of various recognitions in her research career which include the 1) Young Research Award from International Union of Materials Research Society, 2) Young Scientist Fellowship from Department of Science & Technology, 3)Young Investigator grant from Department of Biotechnology and 4)BOYSCAST fellowship from Department of Science & Technology.
• She has close to 100 international publications in peer reviewed journals, 4 book chapters and 5 US and Indian patents.
• Dr.Deepthi Menon is a life member of various international and national professional societies and serves on various national committees on nanoscience& technology.

GHALIB MOIDEEN

• Ghalib Moideen practising as a Senior Partner in a 35 year old CA firm, M.A.Moideen and Associates. Specialises in direct tax and internal audits.
• Mr.Ghalib Moideen associates with various industries in recruiting and training of managerial personnel.
• Owns a YouTube channel in the name of GhalibMoideen producing videos on basic civic laws that one should be aware of.
